VincyPulse Return & Refund Policy

At VincyPulse, we take pride in the quality of our Caribbean-sourced products and curated collections. If you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the safety and hygiene of our community, the following items cannot be returned:

Perishable Goods: Dried soursop leaves, cocoa butter, and any food items from our pop-up events.

Custom/Personalized Items: Custom-assembled Italian charm bracelets or engraved pieces.

Final Sale Items: Any items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased from the "Oxygen Mas Marketplace." (Carnival costumes are subject to the band's specific terms).

3. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (usually 5–10 business days).

4. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged item (e.g., a broken charm or jewelry piece), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email us at Lasvgglamboutique@aol.com with your order number and a photo of the damage.

We will replace the item at no additional cost once your damaged item is returned to us
