VincyPulse Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with VincyPulse! We are dedicated to bringing the spirit of the Caribbean to your doorstep. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (especially during the lead-up to Vincy Mas)/ (Holidays), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily use USPS and UPS to ensure reliable delivery.
Standard Shipping (Domestic): 7–10 business days.
Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days.

3. Local Pickup (Brooklyn, NY)
Skip the shipping fees! If you are in the NYC area, you can choose "Local Pickup" at checkout.
Pickup Location: Brooklyn Flea Bargain Market, 12043 Flatlands Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11207.
Pickup Times: During market operating hours (Saturdays and Sundays).
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
VincyPulse is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages
VincyPulse is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
7 NO. International Shipping At This Time
Our Island Soursop Leaves or custom jewelry may be longer due to customs processing.
